What you'd do

1. 01Own end-to-end scheduling and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews across intern, new graduate, apprenticeship, and other early-career roles.
2. 02Partner closely with Early Careers Recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to coordinate availability, interview plans, preparation materials, and day-of execution.
3. 03Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, timely communication about interview logistics, program timelines, next steps, and onsite expectations.
4. 04Support high-volume interview days and ensure candidates and interview teams have the information and resources needed for a smooth experience.
5. 05Assist with job postings and requisition setup in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information and internal recruiting details are accurate.

What they're looking for

1. 012+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, program coordination, or a closely related function, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
2. 02Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams, locations, or time zones.
3. 03Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through across multiple concurrent workflows.
4. 04Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful, candidate-first approach.
5. 05Ability to build trust and work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
