Key Responsibilities
- Build connection and community across MEI by planning and executing thoughtful virtual and in-person culture, recognition and employee engagement programs
- Own candidate experience throughout the hiring process, supporting the hiring process on interview scheduling and applicant flow
- Drive key components of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, identifying opportunities to make the experience more seamless, scalable, and effective
- Partner with People Ops on research, data analysis, process improvements, and compliance programming; contribute to cross-functional projects and broader business priorities as opportunities arise
- Tackle special projects and emerging needs, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and driving work through completion
