Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates
- Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout
- Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
- Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies
- Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
