Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Strategy & Architecture: Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap across People, Culture, and REWS systems, ensuring alignment between Waymo’s business objectives, IT strategy, and Alphabet corporate infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of systems analysts, engineers, and program managers, driving sprint backlogs, UAT execution, vendor governance, and bi-annual release cycles.
  • Lifecycle Automation: Architect resilient cross-platform integrations translating employee lifecycle events (onboarding, role transfers, departures) into automated downstream actions across identity provisioning, badge access control, and desk allocation.
  • AI-First Solution Design: Modernize core workplace and HR processes by evaluating and embedding AI-native tools, LLM-driven workflow automations, and intelligent business process automation (RPA).
  • Enterprise Systems Integration: Lead large-scale SaaS implementations and platform enhancements anchored around core tools such as Workday HCM, CoStar, Sitetracker, Tririga, and corporate SAP integrations.

Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or MIS), or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically supporting corporate HR, facilities/real estate functional areas.
  • Strong understanding of HR & Real Estate tech domain and its core business processes like Hire to Retire.
  • Solid project management fundamentals, including experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, managing backlogs, and prioritizing competing requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical architecture into plain language for non-technical business partners.
