Temporary Recruiter, Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (primarily Retail), from kickoff meetings through offer extensions and handoffs.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and innovative sourcing channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and drive aligned, timely hiring decisions.
• Candidate Experience: Conduct thorough initial recruiter screens, advocate for candidates throughout the interview process, and ensure clear, timely communication at every stage.
• Offer Management: Draft competitive job offers and navigate negotiations in partnership with Talent leadership and Compensation.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or in an agency setting (retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods experience is a plus).
• Proven sourcing skills: Demonstrated track record using alternative sourcing channels to hire passive candidates.
• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse).
• Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experience structuring and extending offers while navigating candidate negotiations.
• Exceptional Communication & Relationship Skills: Ability to collaborate, influence decisions, and maintain confidentiality across all organizational levels.
