What you'd do

1. 01Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced environment , delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
2. 02Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
3. 03Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
4. 04Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
5. 05Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
