Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Education, or Training, or related field, with 2 years of experience in training/education OR 6 years of experience in either insurance or health care or communications or training that includes experience in two or more of the following:
- Coaching
- Project management managing multiple projects Classroom facilitation Instructional design and development SDO,IT,GPD,SAM experience.
- Basic knowledge of testing methodologies/measurements.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories.
