Key Responsibilities
- Help manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program
- Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs with innovative strategies and tools
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to update all new hire information for current company practices and policies
- Develop and act on a deep understanding of internal onboarding-related systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, then develop and execute recommendations for program improvements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in onboarding, learning and development, human resources, or program management
- Position requires ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Memphis, TN area
- Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends
