Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design and multimedia content creation.
- Advanced understanding of adult learning theory.
- Advance mastery in design tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning methodologies, needs of the modern learner as a consumer of information, and current trends impacting organizational development.
