What you'd do

1. 01Execute the internal communications strategy for Samsara, helping communicate the company’s vision and strategy to our employees and demonstrating progress throughout the year, amplifying our global brand, and supporting the needs of the business.
2. 02Support a wide range of internal communications working closely with key stakeholders such as leadership, People team, Legal, Go-to-Market, etc. You should be as comfortable working on a variety of comms, from writing change and organizational announcements to producing a newsletter or video.
3. 03Keep a pulse on the organization and run feedback loops as you go, in order to optimize communications updates and channels.
4. 04Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team).
5. 055+ years of internal communications experience – building and executing strategic internal communications programs. Start-up experience preferred.
