Senior Manager, Global Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: act as Faire’s primary sourcing lead across priority categories. Identify savings opportunities, negotiate contracts / renewals, and eliminate duplicative vendor spend. Support business stakeholders in vendor evaluation, RFPs, term structuring, and escalation management.
• Project Management & Execution: manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and high quality results. Be proactive in managing timelines, cross-functional coordination, and resource allocation.

Key Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and / or finance operations roles - ideally with experience at both startups and scaled companies
• Experience building or scaling a procurement and/or sourcing function from the ground up
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, cost control, and supplier performance management
• Hands on familiarity with procure-to-pay systems like Zip, Coupa, Netsuite, Workday Financials
• Strong process design skills and passion for workflow efficiency, data integrity, and automation
