- Translating senior strategy into clear goals and operating rhythms, leading high-impact People transformation and AI initiatives to simplify work, improve experiences, and create scalable capacity
- Designing and leading end-to-end workflow transformations that challenge existing processes and integrate AI, automation, self-service, and enterprise systems to fundamentally scale how work gets done
- Translating complex business challenges into clear future-state workflows, technical requirements, experiments, and cross-departmental implementation plans
- Rapidly prototyping and testing solutions using AI and low/no-code platforms to establish best practices, validate concepts, and set technical standards
- Partnering with senior People Team leaders and functional experts to align resources, set priorities, and move high-value opportunities from concept through division-wide implementation
