Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HVAC sales leaders and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities that support business objectives.
- Design and implement learning strategies, curricula, and learning journeys that enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams and subject matter experts to create scalable and impactful learning solutions.
- Analyze learner and business performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve training initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Engineering, Adult Learning, HVAC-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for adult learners.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
