What you'd do

3. 03Sheila Vashee joins Baseten as CMO
4. 04Own intake for requests and questions from recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers: sort them, resolve what you can, route the rest, and close the loop with the requester.
5. 05Set up and update our ATS, including opening new jobs, building interview plans, and maintaining interviewer assignments and interviewer pools.

What they're looking for

1. 011+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company.
2. 02Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it (Ashby strongly preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday also relevant).
3. 03Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup (job, stages, interview plan, forms) with little direction.
4. 04Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data, such as building simple reports or keeping recurring ones up to date.
5. 05Experience building something with AI, like a prompt workflow, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a small automation.
