Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across various departments
- Greet candidates onsite at our HQ, providing office tours and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the University Recruiting team to help coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks
- Assist the broader People team with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding, swag management, and event planning
