Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on company-wide people programs, ensuring all programs meet the needs of the business and are executed with operational excellence and compliance.
- Advise and support employees and leaders by providing clear guidance on people policies, programs, and best practices, backed by strong documentation and communication.
- Use data and insights to measure, iterate, and evolve programs , while staying ahead of trends in People Ops and employee experience.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related people-focused function within high-growth environments.
- Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving, global technology companies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to partner effectively with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional program and project management capability, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, comfortable using data, tooling, and process design to improve operational efficiency.
