Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Logan site and US-based Cell Culture Media & Bioprocess Commercial business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen team effectiveness, minimize workforce risk, and drive business performance
Key Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; MBA preferred.
- Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, engagement, and local execution of global standards.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence people leaders on sensitive matters and enable adoption of modern HR operating practices, including self-service and case management.
- Experience leading local HR projects and change initiatives of moderate-to-high complexity with measurable improvements to the associate experience.
- Ability to use people data and associate insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and partner effectively with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders.
