Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Strategic understanding of business priorities and demonstrated ability to translate into people strategy
- Proven track record of building strong, consultative relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Strong change management, organizational design, and leadership coaching capabilities.
