What you'd do

1. 01Define and own the multi-year People Operations strategy and roadmap, in line with our broader HR AI strategy.
2. 02Own the redesign of core processes (onboarding, job and pay changes, leave, offboarding, employment verification, and HR case handling) so AI and automation handle routine work and the team handles exceptions.
3. 03Partner with People Systems to expand what the AI assistant, ticketing, and knowledge management systems can resolve, and keep the knowledge base accurate.
4. 04Define and own team metrics, including self-service resolution rate, time to resolution, employee satisfaction, and HR capacity freed up.
5. 05Pilot new tools and workflows, and decide what to scale or stop.

What they're looking for

1. 01Partner with Finance on payroll inputs, headcount changes, and reconciliations.
2. 02Partner with Tech Ops on access, equipment, and onboarding and offboarding handoffs.
3. 03Partner with HR Business Partners to turn recurring employee and manager issues into process fixes.
4. 04Represent the employee experience in decisions about HR tools and workflows.
5. 057+ years in People Operations, including experience managing a People Operations team and setting People Operations strategy, ideally at a fast-paced tech company.
