Key Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience, featuring a strong background as an HRBP, People Partner, or in an equivalent strategic talent role.
- Hands on experience leadership organization design workforce planning, and change management initiatives through periods or growth or transformation
- Demonstrated experience in coaching managers and senior leaders to improve team performance, engagement, and leadership capability
- Experience independently managing employee relations matters, including conducting investigations
- Experience using workforce data (e.g. attrition, engagement, headcount, compensation) to diagnose problems and recommend actions to business leaders
