Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks aligned to Invesco’s strategy to drive efficiency, scalability, and impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating strategy and challenges into targeted OE interventions that accelerate performance and enable change
- Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution, including diagnostics, design, facilitation/coaching, measurement, and follow-up using standardized toolkits
- Diagnose organizational and team dynamics through observation, assessments, and data to identify root causes and inform effective solutions
- Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs while providing individual executive coaching and administering/debriefing assessments
