- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, 3 years of in‑house TA experience.
- Full‑cycle recruiting experience within healthcare or adjacent industries across main functions: commercial, manufacturing, scientific, and corporate function.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders at the director plus level to influence hiring strategies and deliver against recruiting objectives.
- Subject matter expertise in direct sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing, with a demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive talent.
