What you'd do

1. 01Manage, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators across San Francisco and New York, including 1:1s, goal setting, regular feedback, and performance conversations.
2. 02Forecast coordinator headcount from scheduling volume and hiring plans. to hire, onboard, and grow coordinators: own the RC interview process, ramp new hires through a structured plan, and build career paths into senior RC, recruiting, or operations roles.
3. 03Assign coordinators to support talent profiles and hiring teams, rebalance coverage as hiring volume grows, and monitor daily coverage so scheduling and onsites never drop.
4. 04Partner with Recruiting Operations to turn coordinator, candidate, and interviewer pain points into automation and AI opportunities, and identify, build and lead process, reporting, and tooling projects to improve outcomes across the funnel.
5. 05Define what the coordination team owns, maintain the RC handbook, and represent coordination in recruiting leadership discussions.

What they're looking for

1. 014+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations, with 2+ years managing recruiting coordinators.
2. 02Experience using scheduling and recruiting data and metrics to drive capacity, quality, and staffing decisions.
3. 03Experience coordinating with executives and supporting confidential hiring processes.
4. 04Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing coordinators.
