What you'd do

1. 01Leading the day-to-day coordination and development of HR Business Partners supporting ~950 employees in 20+ locations across the globe
2. 02Establishing effective working relationships with client leadership teams and building partnerships across HR, centers of excellence (COE’s), business management, sector functions, and operating divisions to ensure consistent HR messaging, priorities, and execution

What they're looking for

1. 01Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline with 7 years of progressive HR experience or a master’s degree with 5 years of progressive HR experience
2. 02Solid track record in HR business roles, project management, and serving as a trusted HR advisor
3. 03Superb communication and presentation skills and the ability to establish strong rapport and credibility with leaders at multiple levels
4. 04Proven ability to influence outcomes through collaboration and sound HR judgment
5. 05Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance and Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable time as determined by business need.
