What you'd do

1. 01Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
2. 02Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday and other HR systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
3. 03Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical application or configuration solutions
4. 04Solicit, develop, document, test and manage business and technical requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
5. 05Basic level knowledge of system architectures and software development methodologies
