Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 10+ years of progressive HR experience with growth in scope and complexity including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP directly supporting VP-level or above leaders in a large, matrixed organization
- 4 years of management or leadership experience
- Demonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and enterprise change management
- Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.
- Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.
