Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives, leveraging your consulting expertise to translate complex business strategies into actionable talent and organizational strategies.
  • Provide executive coaching and advice on key areas such as leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, organizational design, and enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the prioritization of work and initiatives that will drive the highest value and ROI for your client groups.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 7 years of client facing experience OR at least 7 years of consulting experience OR a combination
  • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • MBA or Master’s degree
