Key Responsibilities
- Be a Strong Program Steward: Oversee vendor performance, service delivery, and contractual compliance. Lead vendor reviews, renewals, and negotiations.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in benefits strategy and delivery, with deep expertise in U.S. Health & Welfare programs.
- Experience managing benefits on a large-market scale, across multiple vendors and large employee populations.
- Consulting experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
