Overview

Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans, including new hire orientation and annual benefits open enrollment Assist, advise, and counsel employees on day-to-day benefit-related questions (via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions)

Key Responsibilities

Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans, including new hire orientation and annual benefits open enrollment
Assist, advise, and counsel employees on day-to-day benefit-related questions (via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions)
Maintain integrity of eligibility enrollments within Workday
Partner with our payroll department to ensure accuracy of benefit deductions
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
6+ months of administrative experience (internship experience qualifies)
This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to the Hawthorne, CA area
Position requires ability to work overtime hours and weekends when needed
Must be willing travel to other SpaceX sites (up to 15%)
