What you'd do

1. 01Perform day-to-day operations for FSA, DCFSA, HSA, COBRA, and ACA products including but not limited to:
2. 02Triage incoming issues/inquiries and escalate accordingly
3. 03Assist in resolution of benefit inquiries/issues within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) with external and internal partners including:
4. 04Manage charging employers monthly to comply with agreements like Cobra Nomads / COBRA Severance.
5. 05Assist senior team members in building out internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, etc.)

What they're looking for

1. 01Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role (operations, onboarding role, or customer service related field preferred)
2. 02Knowledge of Excel or equivalent
3. 03Ability to work as part of a team
4. 04Process-driven and technologically savvy
5. 05Strong written and verbal communication skills
