Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process to include, individualized case assessment, interactive discussions, documentation, and implementation.
- Conduct individualized assessments to determine the essential functions of roles and identify reasonable accommodations that do not create undue hardship.
- Partner with colleagues, managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate timely and appropriate accommodations.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR and business leaders on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
- Review and analyze medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
- Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and relevant state disability and leave laws.
- Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
