What you'd do

1. 01Own the vision, roadmap, and governance for Workday HCM (and any additional modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, or Absence) and the ATS.
2. 02Lead system configuration, releases, and optimization, including Workday’s twice-yearly releases, testing, change management, and communications.
3. 03Partner with IT, Finance, Security, and Legal on integrations, data privacy, access controls, audit readiness, and SOX or other compliance requirements.
4. 04Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance, and evaluate new tools in the HR tech ecosystem.
5. 05Drive adoption and user experience improvements through automation, self-service, and process simplification.

What they're looking for

1. 0110+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR technology, People analytics, or related areas, including 5+ years leading teams.
2. 02Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, security, and release management.
3. 03Experience managing an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting) and its integrations.
4. 04Demonstrated success building analytics capabilities and presenting insights to senior executives.
5. 05Strong understanding of HR processes, employment compliance, and data privacy requirements.
