What you'd do

2. 02Administer and oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance line, and absence management tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
3. 03Assess organizational staffing, identify requirements, and recommend solutions to meet both immediate and future workforce goals.
4. 04Provide relevant analysis of talent and staffing needs, supporting strategic and operational goals at the department and segment level.
5. 05Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of organizational strategy, departmental goals, and their linkages to related departments to inform workforce decisions.
