Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of payroll initiatives from planning through implementation, including vendor transitions, new-country launches, system integrations, and process changes
- Partner with regional Payroll teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive projects to completion
- Work closely with Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and other partners to translate business changes into effective payroll solutions
- Partner with global payroll vendors to drive project delivery, resolve implementation or operational issues, and escalate risks as needed
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve payroll processes across regions
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in global or multi-country payroll, including hands-on support across AMER and EMEA
- Proven experience leading payroll implementations, vendor transitions, system integrations, or other complex payroll programs, including international expansion or new-country launches
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll operations from processing through reconciliation and issue resolution
- Experience working with global payroll vendors and cross-functional stakeholders; Workday experience required
- Excellent program management, prioritization, and execution skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct authority, and strong judgment and communication in a high-growth global environment
