What you'd do

1. 01Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with geographically dispersed leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation) that align with business goals.
2. 02Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
3. 03Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
4. 04Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
5. 05Collaboration: Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) including compensation, employee relations, legal, and organization effectiveness to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.

What they're looking for

1. 01Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of Human Resources experience
2. 02Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
3. 03Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs
4. 04Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
5. 05Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Leadership Development Talent Management Employee Relations
