Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function to support Apollo’s rapid growth across all business units, including R&D, go-to-market, and G&A.
- Design and execute a global recruiting strategy that leverages AI and automation to drive efficiency, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and mentor a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Partner closely with the executive team and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting priorities with business objectives.
- Establish and track key recruiting metrics to measure performance, optimize processes, and drive data-driven decision making.
