Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to HRBPs, COEs, and executive leaders, translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and intuitive, self-service dashboards.
- Governance, Compliance & Security: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strict system security/governance across Workday analytics, supporting audit, regulatory compliance, and external benchmarking requirements.
- Process Automation & Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to automate recurring workflows, leverage APIs/integrations to enrich reporting datasets, and stay current with Workday releases to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Documentation & Enablement: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for reporting logic, calculated field methodologies, and data definitions; manage hypercare, implementation rollouts, and user adoption across technical levels.
- Leadership & Operational Support: Mentor junior team members on reporting logic and best practices, conduct quality assurance reviews, and efficiently handle ad-hoc analytics and production troubleshooting.
Key Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, worksheets, and dashboards; Workday PRISM or other advanced modules a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise working with large HR data sets and creating scalable, automated reporting solutions.
