Overview

The Senior People Business Partner provides strategic HR support to senior leaders, focusing on employee experience and talent management while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical support to senior leaders in the Americas Marketing department.
• Partner with leaders to design talent planning activities, identifying top talent and succession plans.
• Engage proactively on people strategy through workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead company-wide initiatives and mentor junior teammates through coaching and development.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of HR business partner experience in the SaaS technology industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and navigate ambiguity effectively.
