Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR consultation, manage projects, and facilitate workforce strategies while collaborating with leadership and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
• Consult and coach employees at all levels on HR practices, policies, and processes.
• Partner with Labor Relations and Legal on workforce matters and facilitate action planning.
• Develop and implement HR actions including performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs and policies.
• 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen linked to HR strategies.
