Overview
The Sr. HR Reporting Analyst will develop Workday reports and dashboards, manage stakeholder requests, and ensure solutions meet HR and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR COEs to gather report requirements and provide best practice guidance on reporting solutions.
- Develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards using Workday to support HR and business needs.
- Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, including global legal, compliance, and regulatory reports.
- Participate in testing and validation of reports, ensuring they function correctly within Workday.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including building complex reports and dashboards.
- Expert-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer, including Composite Reporting and Discovery Boards.
- Strong business requirement gathering skills and ability to recommend appropriate reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
