Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop content for specific programs and stand-alone offerings that support the learning & performance needs of associates in working in Bank Operations, Bank Voice, and Customer Protection
- Support the needs analysis process by identifying the additional context that will help to ensure successful transfer of skills to the job
- Recommend effective format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience while demonstrating an understanding of adult learning principles
- Work directly with SMEs to design and develop engaging learning materials and performance support tools (including self-study, classroom, e-Learning, etc.) based on industry design standards for a given modality (includes traditional, web, and mobile design)
- Demonstrate an aptitude for, knowledge of, and agility with new learning technologies
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience designing curriculum or programs using a blended learning design and modern learning theories and models
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings
- At least one year of experience with Google Workspace
- 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360
