Overview
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership, pipeline generation, and effective candidate advocacy. Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit across a wide variety of operational and high-volume profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership, pipeline generation, and effective candidate advocacy.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit across a wide variety of operational and high-volume profiles.
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- Manage the offer process, partnering closely with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams to close candidates.
- Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and the overall recruiting process, particularly for high-volume pipelines.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing) with at least 2+ years of experience focused on high-volume or operational hiring.
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, seamlessly flexing between high-volume, non-technical, and technical roles (e.g., fleet operations, manufacturing, on-the-ground support).
- Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the talent acquisition process and effectively evaluate candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies.
- Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing techniques (e.g., Gem, portfolio platforms, industry meetups).
- Proven track record of delivering results, managing robust candidate pipelines, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
