Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Agile transformation projects and champion Agile principles, practices, and mindset adoption across the organization.
- Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, and Lean Agile best practices.
- Develop and deliver Agile training programs, workshops, and coaching materials for leaders and associates.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) and communications activities related to Agile adoption and transformation efforts.
- Guide teams through Agile maturity assessments, continuous improvement programs, and delivery optimization.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Agile delivery, project management, organizational transformation, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and leaders in enterprise environments.
- Experience leading enterprise Agile transformation projects across multiple teams or teams.
- Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
