Overview

Lead organizational improvements in the bakery by developing strategies with stakeholders, managing the Org Pillar Team, and ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IL6S Pillar Leads to create a master plan for the Org Pillar that delivers phase objectives.
• Establish and develop an Org Pillar Team to deliver objectives and build capability through coaching.
• Set up a PDCA approach to ensure work processes are progressing as planned.
• Collaborate with other pillars to ensure key milestones are achieved.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Tools and PowerBI is advantageous.
