- Research, assess, and resolve complex employee relations issues, offering clear, well-reasoned recommendations
- Ensure alignment with company policies, practices, and employment legislation while balancing risk and business outcomes
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and fair outcomes
