Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, translating business needs into talent strategies informed by talent intelligence, market insights, and external benchmarking.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8+ years' experience in executive search, talent scouting, senior talent acquisition, or related HR roles within complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, ideally in a global matrixed environment.
