Overview

The District HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders on strategic planning, optimize customer service, and oversee HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to ensure strategic plans align with business results and optimize customer service.
  • Provide coaching and development solutions to enhance associate performance and engagement.
  • Lead talent assessment discussions and support hiring plans in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Advise on change management strategies and develop plans for successful change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on multiple disciplines.
  • 3 years of HR generalist experience, interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.
  • 1 year of experience managing or supervising others, with direct or indirect report responsibility.
