Overview

The Director of Employee Communications will lead internal communications for the COO, developing strategic messaging and creating executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal communications partner for the COO, managing executive emails, announcements, and change communications.
  • Lead planning and execution for all hands meetings and leadership forums, ensuring alignment and outcomes.
  • Create high-quality executive presentations, translating complex information into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Act as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff and COO, tracking action items and supporting key initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in executive or corporate communications supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and judgment, comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in executive presentation development, particularly in PowerPoint.
