Overview
The Director of Employee Communications will lead internal communications for the COO, developing strategic messaging and creating executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal communications partner for the COO, managing executive emails, announcements, and change communications.
- Lead planning and execution for all hands meetings and leadership forums, ensuring alignment and outcomes.
- Create high-quality executive presentations, translating complex information into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
- Act as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff and COO, tracking action items and supporting key initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in executive or corporate communications supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives.
- Strong executive presence and judgment, comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in executive presentation development, particularly in PowerPoint.
