Overview

The Director, Total Rewards will lead global compensation, benefits, and HR systems strategy to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards programs at Nasuni.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a global compensation framework aligned with Nasuni’s growth strategy and pay-for-performance culture.
  • Lead benefits strategy and administration across multiple regions, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Oversee equity administration and collaborate with Legal and Finance on plan compliance and reporting.
  • Manage a team responsible for delivering excellence in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation design, salary structures, and equity administration.
  • Experience managing benefits strategy in a global, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in HRIS platforms and compensation analytics tools.
