Overview

The Bilingual HR Specialist supports local HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and leave management, ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute local high-volume recruitment efforts and manage the internal posting process.
• Support employee relations by conducting investigations, managing appeals, and addressing misconduct.
• Manage the hourly employee leave of absence process, working closely with the site nurse and leaves vendor.
• Maintain employee engagement programs that reinforce company goals and culture.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related HR experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and strong analytical skills.
